The International Islamic Youth League IIYL is a Code of Conduct signatory with International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement IFRC and accredited to the United National Economic and Social Council (ECOSCOC), members of CHS Alliance, Sphere Association, International Humanitarian Studies Association (IHSA), NCD Alliance, IIYL also Accredited with the International Youth Federation (IYF member of the Union of NGOs of Islamic World, member INGOs Forum Ghana and Ghana Philanthropy Forum
IIYL is officially registered in Sierra Leone Government through the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, Ministry of Gender and Children’s, Ministry of Social Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Security (MAFFS), Ministry of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Water Resources, and Ministry Health and Sanitation and its Member of Sierra Leone Association of Non-Governmental Organizations (SLANGO).
IIYL is also officially registered in Ghana through Register General of the Ministry of Justices, Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection and Ghana Revenue Authority GRA

International Islamic Youth League IIYL delivers vital items including clothing, shoes, bedding, hygiene essentials and more to people facing hardship across Africa. Winter brings even greater strain for families already under pressure. This season, alongside our business and community partners, we’re helping families stay warm and safe by delivering the items they urgently need.
This winter, we will be supporting thousands of vulnerable people as they face cold, hunger, and isolation. We’ll be delivering more than shoes, clothing, and hygiene essentials. We’ll be delivering hope to children, the elderly, the homeless, and the forgotten. And with Aviva match funding doubling all donations is always open your support can go twice as far in reaching people who would otherwise face the cold months ahead, alone.

Mothers who wrap their babies with thin cloths in the cold night.
Students who walk miles to school with torn bags.
Families who have lost everything and are hoping for just one blanket, one pair of shoes, one mattress

We are calling on caring individuals, families, churches, companies, hotels and communities to donate:
Gently-used clothes- School bags and learning items
- Blankets, bed sheets & towels
- Mattresses
- Motor Bikes
- Bicycles
- Second hand cars
- Refugees Tent
- Shoes, toys, kitchenware, and household items and any second-hand goods still in good condition
- Second Hand Ambulances
- Second Hand Pickup to support health workers and volunteers
What you no longer use can restore dignity to someone in need.
Your unused items can bring warmth to a child.
Your small act of kindness can help a displaced family start again.

By working with businesses, brands, and communities, we turn surplus into support—reducing waste, protecting the planet, and ensuring people in crisis aren’t left behind, but treated with compassion so they can rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.

We need just 10,000 people to donate €25 to help us reach our €250,000 target this winter, this funds will be allocated for the packing, loading, shipping, clearing containers and local transportation cost to get relief items to the vulnerable beneficiary community.
