The organisation has been operate for the past ten year with the United Nation Agencies in Sierra Leone and other humanitarian organisation to following activities were implemented

1. Distribution of food and non-food items to 51,605 refugees and 16,000 Sierra Leone returnees in their resentment      communities

2. Distribution of Ramadan food packages to 20.000 poor and the needy Muslim in Sierra Leone

3. Distribution of Quran meat to the poor and the needy Muslim Community in Sierra Leone

4. Provision of support to 600 Families programme in their resettlement communities

5. Distribution of Agricultural seeds and tools and construction of post harvest store to 5,500 farmers in five districts      namely, Port Loko, Kambia, Moyamba, Kenema and Kono District

6. Provision of educational facilities in the country through the construction of eight primary schools in eight resettlement      communities and distribution of educational leering materials to 15,000 student

7. Provision of building materials to 500 returnees families for shelter assistance

8. Construction of primary schools in the urban community to improve Education in Sierra Leone

9. Constructed 50 standard hand pump water wells in the local communities

10. Provided micro credit loan to 200 affected women

11. Provision of support primary health care services through construction of four health centre and provision of medicines      and medical equipment

12. Provision community development support to over 10,000 returnees in Kambia, Port Loko, Kenema, Kono and      Moyamba District.

13. Distributed clothing to over 30,000 refugees and returnees

14. Provision of educational support to 200 orphans in port Loko District

15. Organise games and sport for youth through the provision of games and sport equipment at community’s level

16. Organise and establish Adult Literacy classes to enhance the awareness of HIV/AID virus infection
